Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's Day everybody! Haha... my first ever Valentine's Day...

Unfortunately, since we are all too busy, we're not going out for dinner. Glad that she's cool with that. I did the bare minimum for Valentine's Day and bought her a bouquet of flowers. She's much better a girlfriend that I am a boyfriend though. I was surprised when she gave me a present today. I didn't expect it but it was exactly what I wanted! She wrote a card for me too and it was so sweet... I'm so touched = ) But I feel guilty too lah. Shucks, must make it up for her one day.

**** **** **** ****
Anyway, this sem has been "horrigible" with new projects popping out every now and then. Totally project-intensive semester. Those that stressed / are stressing / will be stressing me (including other commitments):

1. URECA (need to buck up and do more, but no time! Think I don't want the money meh?)

2. AIESEC (stressed because I'm not organised enough)

3. AE 2011, Aircraft Design and Manufacturing (learning Solidworks, a modelling software that people usually take many hours to learn. But we had to learn it in 6 hours! And then apply that limited knowledge to 2 projects-- 1. Interior design of A380; 2. Escape Flight Vehicle from a high-rise building)

4. HW210 Technical Communication (reports, surveys and interview. Wouldn't be so stressed by it if there weren't so many other things going on)

5. Lab report (Lots of problems arise because of communication problems with the new female Romanian teacher from Georgia Tech, Roxana Vasilescu.)

6. AE2009 Aerospace Materials (Our tutor actually decided to change the usual quiz to a written assignment instead! Need to look for our industrial mentors! Oh dear...)

7. AE2003 Aerodynamics I (The quiz was hard and now the Continual Assessment, CA, would also a computer program to measure certain properties, most likely of an aerofoil. Details not clear yet).

8. AE2006 Thermodynamics (Quiz this Friday! Argh!! Sianz... couldn't go home earlier because of this)

9. LG82 German Level 3 (Classmates all very good at German but I don't have time to study!)

10. EID Engineering Innovation & Design (not so stressed yet because it hasn't really started. Just to show how many things are going on currently)

But the blogging must go on... Hahaha...
